WeatherWe scheduled the conference as early in the spring as we could, given all the different Muslim and Christian holidays to work around. But Qatar is very hot. You can expect that the daytime high may be 104°F / 40°C. Nighttime lows will be around 80°F / 27°C. ClothingQatar is a conservative Muslim country. There are no restrictions on dress in the hotel, but outside the hotel women must have their shoulders to below their knees covered. There is no need for hair/head covering. Men should not wear short pants outside the hotel. A/V Equipment rental

| Getting to the HotelThe hotel is approximately 20 minutes from the airport
The best way to get to the hotel is to take a Karwa taxi. It costs QAR 70 = ~US$20. Hotel ShipmentsVendors and sponsors, please note that you can ship your merchandizing and exhibit materials to the hotel before the conference, but note that FedEx, DHL, and UPS parcels will usually take 5-6 business days to be shipped from the U.S. to Qatar.
