65th Annual Symposium

The 65th AGIFORS Annual Symposium will be hosted by easyJet in London, UK from November 16-20, 2025.

We are excited to be bringing the Symposium back to London! Expect a 4-day agenda with a rich technical program including talks on research and advancements in all key areas of the airline industry: operations, maintenance, revenue management, scheduling, crew management, and more. We are also planning a range of social events to allow for ample time to connect with your peers from academia and the airline industry.

How do I sign up?

Registrations are now open, and we are also accepting abstract submissions. For more details, scroll to the Call for Papers and Registration sections below.

Information for Sponsors

If you or your company would like to consider sponsoring the Symposium, we would love to hear from you.

As a non-profit organization, AGIFORS sets the registration fees for airline staff and academics as low as possible. The philosophy behind this is that academics are likely to enter new lines of thought into our field, and having a strong presence by airlines brings great value to both the vendors and the airlines.  Sponsorships are used to lower registration fees for airlines and academics.

For more details, contact sponsorship@agifors.org.
