We have organized a nice social program for the conference.  You are welcome to include a companion to the various social events by registering a social companion for US$200, which will entitle your companion to join you at all the social events

In addition, we encourage you to stay an extra day after the conference and enjoy many of the various tourist sites and museums, some of which are described HERE.

Monday June 5, 2023

Registration for the conference will be available from 5 pm on Monday, on the 3rd floor of the main Reforma tower of the hotel, outside the main conference hall: Bugambilias.

The first official social event is a "meet and greet"welcome reception and cocktail, which will be held beginning at 7 pm, in the Angel A & B Hall on the 19th floor of the Reforma tower (the hotel has two towers -- the Reforma tower elevators are those closest to the Reception desk).  There will be an open bar.  This same location will be where we have our sitdown buffet lunch on Tuesday - Friday, as well as our conference dinner on Tuesday evening.

Wednesday, June 7, 2023

Wednesday is the day for the main social events of the conference!

Immediately after lunch, at 12:45 pm, we will board buses to take us to two giant pyramids: the Pyramid of the Sun & the Pyramid of the Moon.  These are located in the ruins of the ancient city of Teotihuacan, about a 90 minute ride from our hotel.  Around 2,000 years ago, Teotihuacan was the sixth largest city in the world, with a population of around 125,000.  You can read more about it HERE

We will be at Teotihuacan long enough for you to explore.  After that we will go to our evening event.

For the evening, we will be taking you to a Mexican cantina, where you will get to enjoy good

Mexican food, tequila, and mariachi music.

Thursday, June 8, 2023 & Friday, June 9, 2023

These two evenings you will be on your own.  We have many different restaurants that we can recommend to you -- just tell us what is your favorite cuisine and we can advise you!

Saturday, June 10, 2023

The conference will be over, but we encourage you to stay an extra day and enjoy the many wonders of Mexico City, some of which are discussed on the Hotel Registration page HERE
