  • Eligibility:
    Airline representatives and for students and faculty members of recognized academic institutions.

    Full-time employee of an established aircraft manufacturer, air traffic control agency, airport authority, government agency, or non-profit organization that supports the airline industry. Employees must not work for a subsidiary, affiliate, associate, division or other entity that markets products or services to the airline industry.

  • Eligibility - Anyone employed by a company (or subsidiary, affiliate or division) that actively markets and sells information technology (IT) products or professional services (including any form of consulting, strategy, integration, implementation, or support) to the airline industry. Members of AGIFORS only.
  • 1 vendor delegate + sponsorship
    • This year because of the COVID-19 pandemic, once again the conference is being held online.
    The agenda will take into account that we are trying to accommodate many time zones
      • Conference theme: 
        1. As we transition into post-COVID era, how have the operations changed, either temporarily or permanently? What are the operational problems you are trying to solve before and after COVID?
        2. What are the challenges in the recovery phase and how have you addressed them?
        3. Are there any lessons learned from COVID time that you are able to or planning to apply to “normal” operation?
        4. How can OR technologies and solutions be adapted/developed to assist in the recovery from COVID
      • A forum for airline senior managers, airline personnel, vendors, and members of academia to review the most pressing issues facing airline operations today, offer potential solutions, and provide opportunity for high level networking
      • Airline updates on what’s the latest happenings and plans in the near term for new business processes, systems replacements and/or upgrades
      • Technical presentations from leading experts in the airline industry
      • A special AGIFORS MRO breakout session this year, with technical presentations

      Registration: Click on link at bottom left of screen.  Registration for airline employees, academics, and industry delegates is FREE.  Registration for vendors and their employees is at a nominal cost.  If you are a vendor employee and not making a vendor presentation, optionally this year you can register as "industry".
