Networking Activity - Tour of Giverny and Versailles
September 17, 2003

Tour impressionist’s Claude Monet’s studio and gardens in Giverny. Stroll through the garden, admiring the many flowers and the Japanese bridge, hung with wisteria, which leads to a setting of weeping willows and rhododendrons. After enjoying a leisurely lunch, continue to the Chateau of Versailles, formerly Louis XIII’s simple hunting lodge, which has been transformed into an extravagant palace.

Evening Banquet – Moulin Rouge

Immortalized by the work of Toulouse-Lautrec, the Moulin Rouge has been entertaining the public for over a century. Enjoy the French cancan dancers decorated in costumes of feathers, rhinestones and sequins, while accompanied by over 100 musicians and choir members. Air France is generously treating the delegates to the dinner and show.

Enjoy a guided tour of Musee Grevin, where you will be introduced to all the famous Parisians… in wax. After lunch, tour Montmartre and the many artisans inhabiting the area, taking time to admire the Basilique du Sacre-Coeur.
