Conference Registration [online]

The registration fee includes conference technical materials*, all scheduled meals and social events outlined in the meeting agenda, and a full day excursion (*delegate registration only).  To encourage participation, the registration fee is being subsidized by AGIFORS.

The early registration fee before 15 September 2006 (extended) is €600 per delegate and €150 per social guest/child.  Registration fees received after this date will be considered late and will incur a €50 late fee, no exceptions.  You may register for the conference via the AGIFORS website using any major credit card (including Amex, Visa, MasterCard).  Major credit cards, traveler’s checks, or company check will be accepted at the on-site registration.  No cash or personal checks will be accepted on-site.

Cancellation Policy

• Requests received before 15 Sep 2006 are subject to a €50 cancellation fee
• Requests received after 15 Sep 2006 are subject to a €100 cancellation fee

Each attendee will be responsible for making all hotel arrangements using the hotel registration process, in addition to the conference registration.

Presentation Registration [online]

Please complete the online presentation submission form and this will be sent directly to Tim Jabobs, the technical chairman for the symposium.   If you wish to contact Tim, he can reached via e-mail Tim Jacobs or by phone (1) 817-967-2862.

Hotel Registration [online]

Please complete the hotel reservation process online and submit it directly to the hotel for confimation.  Reservations must be received by 15th September 2006 to obtain the nightly conference rate of €150 for single, and €200 for double occupancy.  All credit card information must be provided to confirm reservations.  Please use the reservation code '46sympo' to receive the specially negotiated room rate.
