This year we are pleased to offer a full vendor program at the AGIFORS symposium. The symposium serves as a trade-show where airlines can review products that meet specific needs in addition to being a forum for technical papers and discussions. This year we are expecting about 100 delegates from 25 airlines. Each vendor will be allowed to showcase products in a specially designated exhibit area and will be allotted a fifteen-minute slot during the Symposium program. All vendors present at the Symposium who exhibit, give a product demo, display promotional literature, or plan to give a non-technical sales talk are required to pay the vendor fee of US$1500. In addition, vendors may choose to sponsor an evening event. The sponsorship fees vary based on the event sponsored and range in price from $1,500 to $2,500 USD per event (see attached form). In addition to the vendor organization fee, vendors must register as delegates for each person from the organization.
