Social Activities

September 25, 2005

On Sunday, EMBRAER will sponsor the Symposium Welcome Reception in the Living Lounge at hotel Casa Grande from 7 pm to 9 pm.

September 26, 2005

On Monday, delegates will be taken on a Sunset Cruise, starting at 5 pm.

September 27, 2005

On Tuesday, Casa Grande will make its pool area available to the Symposium for a Cocktail hour starting at 6 pm.

September 29, 2005

On Thursday Carmen Systems will sponsor the AGIFORS Evening Banquet. The banquet will take place in the Living Lounge at hotel Casa Grande from 7 pm to 10 pm.  The menu will be Brazilian food with a variety of salads, cold and hot dishes, including a vegetarian option, followed by typical Brazilian sweets.

Spouse (Guest) Program

The guest program gives a guest access to the social activities in the program. Guests will have access to:
- The Sunday Welcome Reception
- The Monday Sunset Cruise
- The Tuesday Pool Cocktail hour
- The Thursday Banquet
- A complimentary session at the spa and the right to purchase spa sessions at special discounts made available to Agifors.
- Lunch meals for September 25, 26, 28 and 29.

The guest program does not give guests access to the conference sessions or participation in the all-day symposium event at EMBRAER. Notice that travel companions not registered as guests will not have access to the social activities in the symposium program, including the welcome reception and the banquet.
