Registration 

Conference Registration (on-line)

The registration fee includes conference technical materials*, all scheduled meals and social events outlined in the meeting agenda, and a full day excursion (*delegate registration only).  To encourage participation, the registration fee is being subsidized by AGIFORS.

The early registration fee before 15 August 2005 is US $450 per delegate and US $150 per social guest/child.  Registration fees received after this date will be considered late and will incur a US $50 late fee, no exceptions (US $500 per delegate and US $200 per guest/child).  You may register for the conference via the AGIFORS website using any major credit card (including Amex, Visa, MasterCard).  Major credit cards, traveler’s checks, or company check will be accepted at the on-site registration.  No cash or personal checks will be accepted on-site.

Cancellation Policy

• Requests received before 01 Sep 2005 are subject to a US $50 cancellation fee
• Requests received after 01 Sep 2005 are subject to a US $100 cancellation fee

Each attendee will be responsible for making all hotel arrangements using the hotel registration process, in addition to the conference registration.

Hotel Registration Form

Please complete the hotel reservation form and fax it directly to the Casa Grande Hotel (Guaruja’, Sao Paulo, Brazil) – Conference Coordinators.  All credit card information must be completed to confirm reservations.
