Atlanta's Hartsfield International Airport is well served by the major airlines, including many carriers using the new International Concourse. Delegates are expected to arrange their air travel through normal interline channels.
Because of the wide range of arrival times, no ground transportation will be provided from the airport to the hotel. Transportation will be provided at Sunday noon for the return from the hotel to airport.
For all Ground Transportation pickups, please proceed to the Baggage Claim area, collect your luggage, and walk outside to the Ground Transportation mall. A&M Limousine Corporation vans depart from Hartsfield Airport every 20 minutes from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily. The current price is $20 per person one way. A&M's shuttles are located in shuttle van parking Stall 7. To make reservations, travelers or travel planners should call (770) 919-8888.
Taxi and limousine service is also available from the Ground Transportation mall. The cost of a taxi or limo ride to the hotel from the airport will be approximately $35.
The technical program will consist of a variety of airline Operations Research papers. If you are interested in presenting, please contact the Technical Program Chair. The technical program will feature invited presentations and papers sponsored by AGIFORS study groups, as well as contributed papers; for a listing of planned speakers and presentations, click here.
All papers will be published in the AGIFORS Proceedings, which has wide industry circulation.
