Yield Management process in the Air Cargo industry faces a number of challenges including a small number of customers, lowest boarding priority, uncertainty associated with flight capacity, and two capacity dimensions weight and volume. This presentation identifies the challenges and proposes a systematic method for tackling this difficult problem.
