Jeju is
the capital of Jeju province in South Korea
and the largest city on the island
of Jeju.
Its geographical location is 33°31′N
126°29′E. Located in a southern island where the weather is
mild even in winter, the city is a famous resort with public casino
facilities. Jeju welcomes over 4 million visitors
from mainland Korea, Japan, and China every
year.
Due to its central
position in transportation, Jeju City
gets the lion's share of tourist traffic to the island. Many tourists arrive
at the city through the port terminal or airport, stay in the tourist hotels
of the Sinjeju neighborhood, and stay
within the city to visit various Jeju tourist
attractions. These include Dragon's Head Rock along the coast, the Samseonghyeol holes in the downtown area, and Hallasan National
Park in the interior.

CJU is the airport code for Jeju International
airport on Jeju
Island.
Airfare Discount
KE can provide discounts on tickets for academics and Revenue Management
professionals. The discount is 20% for
Revenue Management professionals and 50% for academia.
Please follow the procedure to obtain the
discount. Guests are required to contact their nearest KE’s
call center and make a reservation.
After that, please email the following details in

KE’s ticketing office will issue the discount ticket after
inputting an authorization number in their reservation number (PNR) to apply
discount. After that, we will advise you of the result accordingly. You
can purchase your discounted tickets at the specified KE ticketing office in
the request above.

Travel to CJU
If you are connecting in Seoul to CJU, you will arrive in ICN Incheon International airport and you will need to take a
bus to GMP Gimpo, which is the domestic airport.
The limousine bus fare between the airports is about KRW 6,000 (~USD 6.50)
and it takes about 30-40 minutes. Please collect your luggage at the arrival
airport and carry the luggage to the departure airport to recheck it.
Ground Transportation
Taxi is the
recommended mode of transportation from Jeju
airport to the Jeju KAL hotel. Travel time is approximately
10 minutes. There is a taxi stand outside of baggage claim.
