Conference Registration (on-line)

The early registration fee is US $500 per attendee and US $150 per accompanying guest. Major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, VISA), will be the accepted. Registrations received after 2 May 2003 will be considered late.

NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHEQUES WILL BE ACCEPTED ONSITE.

Hotel Registration Form

Each attendee will be responsible for making all hotel arrangements, 
in addition to the conference registration.

Please complete the hotel reservation form and fax it to our local travel agency. All credit card information must be completed to confirm reservations.
