Conference Registration
Note: This
year each attendee will be responsible for making all hotel arrangements,
in addition to the conference registration.
A registration
fee of US $450 includes conference materials, evening events, and all scheduled
meals outlined in the agenda. The guest registration fee is $300. Early
registrations received by April 8, 2001 will receive a $50 discount. The
early registration fee is US $400 per attendee and US $300 per guest.

Imperial Queens Park Hotel. Ask for the AGIFORS conference rate.
The nightly conference rate is US $65 per night. The rate is available
for pre and post stay at The Imperial Queen's Park Hotel from 01 May to
15 May 2001. Upon reservation a non refundable deposit of one night room
charge is required for each room reserved. A major credit card is required
to hold your reservations.
