NOTE: This year each attendee will be responsible for making all hotel arrangements, in addition to the conference registration.

Please contact the hotel directly to make reservations prior to Feb 29 to receive the conference rate. The Marriott Marquis is offering a special rate of US$240 single occupancy and US$250 double occupancy plus applicable tax per night.

The registration fee is US $375 per attendee and US $300 per guest. All forms of payment will be accepted on-site or a company check may be mailed to Denne Johnson at Sabre, Inc., 4255 Amon Carter Blvd., MD 4355, Fort Worth, TX 76155. Major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Diner's Club), traveler's check, or company check will be the accepted. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. Conditions for Registration Acceptance
Your signature will be required at registration of the Symposium.

The number of delegates may be limited and acceptance of this application is, therefore, not guaranteed. If the application is refused the fees will be returned in full. Within guidelines set up by the AGIFORS Council , the AGIFORS Treasurer has absolute discretion to accept or deny application.

If the Symposium is canceled for any reason, fees will be returned as soon as possible, less the proportion requested to cover financial commitments AGIFORS entered into with services suppliers.

Neither AGIFORS nor the AGIFORS council will be liable for injury to or caused by any delegate, or person, a company, a delegate, or for loss or damage to property belonging to or cause by any such person.

Delegates are responsible for settling directly with hotel for extra nights and incidentals.
