The early registration fee is
US $250 per attendee and US $150 per accompanying guest. Major
credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, VISA), will be
the accepted. Registrations received after 15 May 2003
will be considered late.
NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHEQUES
WILL BE ACCEPTED ONSITE.

in addition to the conference registration.
