Conference Registration (on-line)

The early registration fee is US $250 per attendee and US $150 per accompanying guest. Major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, VISA), will be the accepted. Registrations received after 15 May 2003 will be considered late.

NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHEQUES WILL BE ACCEPTED ONSITE.

Each attendee will be responsible for making all hotel arrangements using the hotel registration form (below), in addition to the conference registration.

Hotel Registration Form

Please complete the hotel reservation form and fax it to Corporate Venues – Conference Coordinators.  All credit card information must be completed to confirm reservations.

Guest Program Registration Form

All accompanying guests are welcome to join all conference social events. If you are interested in any of the additional social programs, please complete the guest program reservation form and fax it directly to our local travel agency. All credit card information must be completed to confirm reservations.
