Conference Registration (on-line)

The early registration fee is US $200 per attendee. Major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, VISA), will be the accepted. Registrations received after April 25th, 2003 will be considered late and incur a $50 late registration fee. For airline delegates who are not submitting a technical paper for consideration, please select ‘Airline Delegate Not Submitting a Technical Paper’ when registering.

NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHEQUES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

 A New One Day Attendance Option for Airline Delegates is available for $80 per day per attendee.  This type of registration is available only to airline delegates and limits the delegate to one day of proceedings.  Please select ‘Airline Delegate – One Day Attendance’ when registering.

Presentation Registration  (on-line)

If you are submitting a technical paper to be considered for presentation at this year’s conference, please register as an ‘Airline delegate submitting a technical paper’.  The submission of your abstract is integrated into the registration process.

Hotel Registration

Each attendee is responsible for paying for their hotel arrangements.

Please ensure your hotel requirement and payment information has been entered accurately and completely during the online registration process.  All credit card information must be completed to confirm reservations.

Vendor Registration

The registration fee for a company is $2,000 and includes the following:

·          Exhibition space for the duration of the conference

·          Modular booth consisting of:

·          3 sides 8 MIS frame w/panels

·          1 x 2” header with company name

·          1 shelf

·          1 table

·          1 wastebasket

·          1 power outlet

·          2 spotlights

·          Attendance of 2 exhibitors

·          Fees for additional company representatives:  3rd /4th $500 each; 5th/6th  $800 each
