Conference Hotel
Located in the heart of midtown
Manhattan (Madison Avenue at 45th). The Roosevelt Hotel is situated right
where the business district meets the theater and 5th
Avenue shopping districts, giving you the
freedom to walk to Rockefeller Center,
the Metropolitan Museum of Art and scores of other famous New
York City attractions.
Accommodations
A limited number of rooms have
been reserved at the Roosevelt Hotel. Please
make all hotel reservations via the online registration process.
Reservations must be received by 1st
May 2003 to obtain the nightly conference rate of US $155
plus tax for single/double occupancy. A major credit card is required to
hold your reservations.
Registration Information
The
registration fee includes conference materials, social events, and all
scheduled meals outlined in the agenda. The early registration fee is US
$200 per attendee. Only credit card payments will be accepted on-line.
Major credit
cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Diner’s Club), will be accepted on-site for
registration. NO CASH OR CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Please
