Ground Transportation

From the Airport:

From National Airport, take Crystal City Exit. Exit Crystal Drive. Follow approximately one mile to Army Navy Drive and make a right. Hotel will be on left.  Free transportation to and from Reagan National Airport, the Pentagon and the Pentagon City Metro Station. Airport shuttle available 5:00am - 12midnight. Use the phone in the baggage claim area.  Metro Shuttle: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 10:00 pm Saturday, Sunday and Holidays 8:00am 10:00pm. Cab or Metro available.

From Dulles International Airport, take the Dulles Access Rd to Washington. Take 66 East, to exit 110 South. Stay in center lane (110 becomes Rt1 South) Right onto S. Eads St. Right onto Army Navy Dr.

About the town:

The nation's capital is one of the easiest cities to navigate and a terrific city for touring - once you understand the basics. With one of the safest, cleanest and efficient public transportation systems in the country serviced by Metrorail (subway) and Metrobus, Washington, DC's many attractions and neighborhoods are easily accessible. One of the best ways to experience Washington is on foot, with wonderful pockets including the inspiring monuments and museums found on the National Mall as well as the intimate museums, world-class theatres and splendid gardens, squares and circles throughout the District. There are also great guided tours of the city to get you oriented.  

Conference Hotel

Ideally situated in the Crystal City corridor, the Doubletree Hotel is just minutes from the nation's capital and major business centers. To make room reservations, please visit www.doubletree.com or call 1-866-999-8439.  Reservations must be received by  5th April 2004 using the code 'AGF' to obtain the nightly conference rate of US$155.00 for single/double occupancy. A major credit card is required to hold your reservations. Cancellations must be received at least 15 days prior the arrival date to forego charges.

Registration Information

The registration fee includes conference materials, social events, and all scheduled meals outlined in the agenda. The early registration fee is US$400 per attendee and US$200 per guest. Credit card payments will be accepted on-line or a company check (MADE PAYABLE TO AGIFORS) may be mailed (ahead of time) to Michael Clarke at Sabre, Inc., 3150 Sabre Drive, MD 8203 TSG, Southlake TX 76092. Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), traveler's check, or company check will be the accepted at on-site registration. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.
